1.About Fashdes
How can Fashdes offer so many products?
Fashdes partners with trusted boutiques in Italy and across Europe. This allows us to curate a wide range of unique pieces—often ones you won’t find elsewhere—and we guarantee the authenticity of every item.
How does Fashdes enhance the shopping experience?
We use advanced technology for order tracking, product management and secure payments. Our customer service is entirely human‑powered; every question is handled by a member of the Fashdes team.
How does the order process work?
When you place an order, the item is sourced from the relevant boutique. It goes through a thorough quality and authenticity check at our European hub, then ships within 3 business days. If any issues arise, we’ll keep you informed.
How does Fashdes expand its product range?
We continuously establish new boutique partnerships to expand our product variety. If you own a boutique and would like to join the Fashdes network, please contact our client services team.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
Fashdes ships worldwide via DHL Express. Deliveries require a signature, so we cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses; a physical address is required.
Where does my order ship from?
All items are dispatched from our European logistics centre (mainly in Italy). Every product undergoes a detailed quality and authenticity check before leaving our facility.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped within 3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. International shipping times can be affected by customs processing, weather or other external factors.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over USD 200 and USD 25 for orders under USD 200.
Who is responsible for customs duties?
For customers within the European Union: VAT and import duties are included in the price.
For customers outside the EU: Import duties and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non‑refundable.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. If you wish to modify your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days of delivery.
3. Pricing & Payments
Do I have to pay taxes and duties?
Taxes and duties are included for EU customers. Customers outside the EU are responsible for any import duties or customs fees.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your payment is captured after your order has been confirmed and processed. It will be subject to fraud checks, then charged by your bank.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Does Fashdes offer sales or discounts?
We run seasonal promotions and special offers. Join our mailing list to hear about them first.
4. Returns & Refunds
What is Fashdes’ return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and include all original tags and packaging. Fur‑lined or padded coats and jackets, custom or personalised items, and sale items cannot be returned. Please email cs@fashdes.com to initiate a return.
What is the return process?
Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a DHL label and provide the return address for the boutique that fulfilled your order. A USD 50 flat return fee applies. You must ship the item within 5 business days of receiving the label.
When will I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please allow extra time for your bank to process the refund.
Are shipping and duties refundable?
Shipping costs and any import duties are non‑refundable. Return shipping and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
What happens if my return does not meet the requirements?
If an item is damaged, used or missing tags, we may decline the return. In that case, our customer service team will contact you and the item will be sent back to you.
Are there cancellation or additional fees?
We do not charge cancellation fees because orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. However, if you refuse delivery or fail to collect your package, a USD 150 processing fee (plus any customs charges) will be deducted from your refund.
5. Product Questions
Are products new and authentic?
Every item sold by Fashdes is brand‑new and 100% authentic. We include original labels and, where available, the designer’s packaging.
How often are new items added?
Our inventory is updated regularly. You can subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed about new arrivals.
What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?
Please email cs@fashdes.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, refund or store credit as appropriate.
Where do Fashdes products come from?
All products are sourced from select boutiques in Italy and across Europe.
Is Fashdes affiliated with designers?
No. Fashdes purchases from boutiques and is not directly affiliated with designer brands; trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Size Selection
How should I determine my size?
Each product page includes a size chart. We recommend consulting the designer’s official sizing guide and contacting customer service if you have questions.
What happens if I order the wrong size?
If you order the wrong size, you can return the item within 7 days of delivery. If your return is accepted, you can purchase a different size again—subject to availability; we do not offer exchanges.
