  • In some cases, we might need to check with your card issuer to confirm your order. We always do our best to keep delays to a minimum and ship your items as quickly as we can.

  • Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also find information about your purchases by signing in to your account and visiting the order history section.
  • If you purchase multiple items from multiple luxury boutiques, those items will be shipped separately.
  • We use DHL Express, UPS, and FedEx to handle expedited shipping worldwide. Deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (local time). We coordinate closely with our shipping companies and partner boutiques to minimize delays.
  • Deliveries may take longer during Italian public holidays.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Customers from the European Union:

  • There are no customs duties for orders shipped to countries within the European Union. However, Value-Added Tax (VAT) will be calculated at checkout.

Customers outside the European Union:

  • For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, delivery duties are included and will be calculated at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
  • There are no hidden costs. Any customs or import duties are included, and the final amount will be displayed to you at checkout.
  • Should you refuse to accept a parcel, you take full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees.
  • Please note that we are unable to undervalue orders or to mark them as a gift.

Package Delivery

  • Your purchase(s) will be sent to the specified delivery address and/or the address of a third party that you identified during the order process; such indication authorizes Fashdes to deliver the product to a third party at the specified address.
  • If you fail to retrieve a package or refuse delivery for any reason, you will be responsible for the contents of that order, and you will not be eligible for a full refund by Fashdes.
  • In certain situations, the delivery partner may offer optional services for your order, such as:
    • Signature Release: opting out of signature upon delivery.
    • Redirecting to a neighbor, reception, or security desk.
    • Scheduling a delivery date.
    • Collecting from a nearby collection point.

By choosing any of these, including any default preferences set with our delivery partner, you acknowledge and agree that Fashdes will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from these delivery options.

  • Fashdes will not be responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered. We are only responsible for the package until it is delivered and do not extend beyond that point. After the shipment reaches its intended recipient, we assume no liability for the items. Additionally, any delays during shipment fall outside our responsibility. The title to the goods remains with Fashdes until they are delivered to the specified shipping address.

Shipment Redirection

By redirecting a shipment on your own, you have explicitly agreed to take responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur after the Redirection Request has been made by you. As a result, we highly recommend considering the risk involved before redirecting packages on your own. If you need to redirect your package, please kindly reach out to our Customer Service team at cs@fashdes.com and your Redirection Request will be processed ASAP by our team. It is important to note that we are neither responsible, nor able to investigate and reimburse any loss, damage, or delivery-related concerns that may arise thereafter.

Return

Return Policy

  • We only accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since the delivery date of your purchase, we will not be able to accept your return request.
  • We do not accept returns for fur/padded/down coats and/or jackets. For more information on these returns, please reach out to our Customer Service team.
  • Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted. Please read our policy thoroughly before submitting your return.

We do not offer free returns. 

Since you are importing luxury goods directly from Europe, all returns will be processed by customs in Italy.

Return Fee:

  • Australia: AUD 50
  • Canada: CAD 40
  • Europe: EUR 30
  • Hong Kong: HKD 275
  • Singapore: SGD 50
  • United Kingdom: GBP 28
  • United States & International: USD 35

Return fees and shipping protection are non-refundable. In the case of rejected return items, additional shipping fees will be charged to return these items to the customer.

Please note that colors may appear slightly different on your computer monitor, mobile device, or tablet. We strive to display colors as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee that your display will show the exact color.

We monitor the number of returns made by each customer. Our team may flag any return and refuse it at our discretion. Excessive returns may lead to the closure of your Fashdes account.

Requesting a Return

Please carefully read and accept our return policy below before proceeding to the next step:

  • Import duties/taxes are non-refundable as customs collect them in your country.
  • We do not accept returns at our Wyoming office. All returns must be shipped back to our partners in Europe. Returns sent to our Wyoming office will not be accepted, and a refund will not be issued.
  • If you refuse delivery for any reason, you are responsible for the contents of that order and will not be eligible for a full refund from Fashdes.
  • Items from different boutiques should not be returned together. Please return each item individually using separate shipping boxes and return labels.
  • We do not accept returns for fur/padded/down coats and/or jackets. In exceptional circumstances where we accept such returns, in addition to the standard return fee of USD 35, you will also be responsible for an additional expense related to customs and duties of USD 120. In rare cases, this amount could be higher. Please contact our Customer Service team for more information on these returns.
  • If you are requesting a return for multiple items under one order, please submit each item separately so we can upload the return label for each return. (Different items are going to different boutiques.)
  • All returns must be shipped back from the initial shipping address.
  • We only accept returns within 14 days of delivery (items must be in original condition), which means unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags and labels still attached (returns will not be accepted if any tags or labels are removed from the item).
  • All returns must include the dust bag, brand box, shoebox, and all original packaging as these items are considered part of the product.
  • If an item has Fashdes security tags/stickers/brand tags attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
  • Do not use your own return label.
  • All returns must be shipped back to Italy using the return label provided by us.
  • If items are returned without our approval, shipping costs, taxes, and customs fees will be the customer's responsibility. No refund will be issued.

Pick-up: If you'd like to schedule a pick-up, please contact us at returns@fashdes.com after you receive the return label (only eligible for DHL labels and US customers).

By proceeding to our return center at the bottom of this page, you acknowledge and agree to the return policy outlined above.

Exchanges are treated like returns. You must first return the original item if you want to exchange a product. Since our products are sourced from our boutique partners in Italy, you will need to place a new order for the new item you wish to purchase.

Refunds Once your returned item has been received by our boutique partner, it may take up to 5-7 business days to verify that it complies with our return policy. Please note that refunds may also take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Once the return is processed and verified, you will receive a refund for the price of the order, excluding the total return shipping cost and import duties/taxes.
