The order process at Fashdes is simple and efficient:
- Product Selection: Customers browse and add items from select boutiques across Europe.
- Order Processing: Once an order is placed, it is forwarded to the respective boutique or supplier.
- Preparation & Shipping: The supplier prepares the item and ships it directly to the customer via DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx.
- Tracking Information: When the order is shipped, the customer receives a tracking number via email.
- Delivery: The package is delivered to the customer’s provided address through express international shipping.
Shipping & Delivery
Fashdes ships to most countries worldwide. All orders are dispatched directly from partner boutiques in Europe and delivered via DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx with fast international shipping.
Free shipping is available for most regions on orders over $200 (regional differences may apply).
Please note that customs duties and import fees may apply for customers outside the European Union, and these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, but most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

If the payment of import duties is refused or the delivery is declined, the order will be classified as a refused delivery, and a $150 processing fee plus applicable customs charges will apply.
Orders placed on Fashdes are usually processed by the boutique very quickly. Therefore, once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
In special cases, if the order has not yet been shipped, you may contact our support team to request a cancellation — this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Once the shipment has been completed, you may initiate a return request in accordance with our return policy.
Returns & Refunds
Fashdes accepts returns within 7 days of delivery.
Please note the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Fur and padded jackets or coats are not eligible for return (exceptions may apply with additional customs fees).
- A $50 return fee applies to all returns.
- Refused deliveries are subject to a $150 processing fee plus any applicable customs charges.
- Excessive returns may result in account suspension.
- Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes (duties & taxes) are non-refundable.
Once the returned item reaches us, it undergoes an inspection process.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

In such cases, the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense, and the refund will not be issued.
