Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also find information about your purchases by signing in to your account and visiting the order history section.
If you purchase multiple items from multiple luxury boutiques, those items will be shipped separately.
We use DHL Express, UPS, and FedEx to handle expedited shipping worldwide. Deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (local time). We coordinate closely with our shipping companies and partner boutiques to minimize delays.
Deliveries may take longer during Italian public holidays.
There are no customs duties for orders shipped to countries within the European Union. However, Value-Added Tax (VAT) will be calculated at checkout.
Fashdes' shipping costs do not include any import charges, taxes, or customs duties that may be applicable to your order. Customers are responsible for paying any additional customs fees or taxes required by their country upon delivery. Fashdes cannot offer a refund for these charges. We recommend checking your local customs policies for specific information on potential fees or delays before placing an order.
Please note that we are unable to undervalue orders or to mark them as a gift.
Your purchase(s) will be sent to the specified delivery address and/or the address of a third party that you identified during the order process; such indication authorizes Fashdes to deliver the product to a third party at the specified address.
If you fail to retrieve a package or refuse delivery for any reason, you will be responsible for the contents of that order, and you will not be eligible for a full refund by Fashdes.
In certain situations, the delivery partner may offer optional services for your order, such as:
Signature Release: opting out of signature upon delivery.
Redirecting to a neighbor, reception, or security desk.
Scheduling a delivery date.
Collecting from a nearby collection point.
By choosing any of these, including any default preferences set with our delivery partner, you acknowledge and agree that Fashdes will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from these delivery options.
Fashdes will not be responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered. We are only responsible for the package until it is delivered and do not extend beyond that point. After the shipment reaches its intended recipient, we assume no liability for the items. Additionally, any delays during shipment fall outside our responsibility. The title to the goods remains with Fashdes until they are delivered to the specified shipping address.
By redirecting a shipment on your own, you have explicitly agreed to take responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur after the Redirection Request has been made by you. As a result, we highly recommend considering the risk involved before redirecting packages on your own. If you need to redirect your package, please kindly reach out to our Customer Service team at cs@fashdes.com and your Redirection Request will be processed ASAP by our team. It is important to note that we are neither responsible, nor able to investigate and reimburse any loss, damage, or delivery-related concerns that may arise thereafter.

Since you are importing luxury goods directly from Europe, all returns will be processed by customs in Italy.
Return fees and shipping protection are non-refundable. In the case of rejected return items, additional shipping fees will be charged to return these items to the customer.
Please note that colors may appear slightly different on your computer monitor, mobile device, or tablet. We strive to display colors as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee that your display will show the exact color.
We monitor the number of returns made by each customer. Our team may flag any return and refuse it at our discretion. Excessive returns may lead to the closure of your Fashdes account.

Exchanges are treated like returns. You must first return the original item if you want to exchange a product. Since our products are sourced from our boutique partners in Italy, you will need to place a new order for the new item you wish to purchase.
Refunds Once your returned item has been received by our boutique partner, it may take up to 5-7 business days to verify that it complies with our return policy. Please note that refunds may also take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Once the return is processed and verified, you will receive a refund for the price of the order, excluding the total return shipping cost and import duties/taxes.
